Welcome to PixSort Plus support! We're here to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
PixSort Plus uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to analyze your photos. It detects faces, text, screenshots, and visual content to categorize photos into groups like Selfies, Nature, Food, Documents, and more. All processing happens entirely on your device — no photos are uploaded anywhere.
When you organize your photos, PixSort Plus creates albums inside an "Organized" folder in your iOS Photos app. Your original photos are not moved or duplicated — they are simply added to the appropriate albums for easy access.
Open the app and tap the credit balance badge at the top right. On the purchase screen, tap "Restore Purchases" to restore any previous purchases linked to your Apple ID.
Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your iOS Photos app. They remain there for up to 30 days, during which you can recover them. After 30 days, they are permanently deleted by iOS.
AI-based photo analysis provides intelligent suggestions but may occasionally miscategorize photos. You can review and adjust categories before organizing. The categorization improves with clear, well-lit photos.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any in-app purchase.
Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Reinstall the app. If the issue persists, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Go to your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > PixSort Plus. You can change the access level or remove access entirely. Note that the app requires photo access to function.
