This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the PixSort Plus mobile application ("App").

Our Privacy Commitment

PixSort Plus is designed with privacy as a core principle. All photo analysis and categorization is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Your photos and their contents are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide you with the best experience:

• Photo Library Access: The App accesses your photo library to scan, categorize, and organize your photos. All processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos or their contents.
• Scan History: Records of your scan sessions (date, category counts) are stored locally on your device using on-device storage.
• Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information.
• Credit Balance: Your in-app credit balance is stored locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Analyze and categorize your photos using on-device AI (Apple Vision framework)
• Organize photos into albums within your photo library
• Detect duplicate or similar photos
• Maintain your scan history for easy reference
• Process in-app purchases through Apple's native StoreKit

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Scan results and history are stored using SwiftData (on-device database)
• Credit balances are stored locally
• No data is synced to external servers or cloud services

Third-Party Services

PixSort Plus uses no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or data collection. The only external service interaction is:

• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases. This is Apple's native framework and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

PixSort Plus does not display any advertisements. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) or share any data with ad networks.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your personal data or photo content to third parties. All processing is performed entirely on your device.

Data Retention

• All app data is stored on your device until you uninstall the App or manually clear the data.
• Photos organized into albums remain in your photo library and are managed by iOS.
• Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in iOS, where they remain for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Photo Library Permission

PixSort Plus requires access to your photo library to function. You can manage this permission at any time in your device's Settings app under Privacy & Security > Photos. The App requests:

• Read Access: To scan and analyze your photos for categorization and duplicate detection.
• Write Access: To create albums and organize photos, and to delete duplicate photos when you choose to do so.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require any personal information to function and does not display advertising.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly address it.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your information is protected by your device's built-in security measures, including encryption and device passcode.

Your Privacy Rights by Region

GDPR (European Economic Area & UK)

If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right to access your data
• Right to rectification of your data
• Right to erasure of your data
• Right to object to data processing
• Right to data portability

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. Uninstalling the App removes all app-related data.

LGPD (Brazil)

If you reside in Brazil, you have the following rights under the LGPD:

• Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
• Right to access your data
• Right to correct incomplete or outdated data
• Right to delete anonymized or unnecessary data
• Right to withdraw your consent

CCPA (California)

If you reside in California: We do not sell your personal information. All data remains on your device and is not shared with any third party.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
