Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pandoku mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to them.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

What You May Not Do

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the App
• Redistribute or resell the App or its contents
• Interfere with the App's operation, or attempt to circumvent its advertising

Cost

The App is free. It contains no purchases and no subscriptions. It is supported by advertising.

Advertising

The App displays third-party ads. Watching an optional ad may grant an in-game assist. Ads are provided by third parties and their content is not ours.

Content

Puzzles, artwork, sound and code are owned by the developer. New puzzle packs may be delivered to the App over the network; content may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
