Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Pandoku mobile application ("App").

Information We Collect

Pandoku has no accounts and asks for no personal details. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.

• Game Progress: Which levels you have finished and your settings are stored locally on your device. They are not sent anywhere.
• Advertising Identifier: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) may be collected to serve ads and measure their performance.
• Device Information: Technical details such as device model, operating system version and language may be collected by the advertising service.
• Ad Interaction Data: Which ads were shown and whether they were tapped.

The App does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location.

Level Downloads

The App can download new puzzle packs over an encrypted connection from a public content delivery network. These are plain puzzle files. No information about you is sent as part of that request beyond what any web request necessarily includes, and nothing is uploaded from your device.

In-App Purchases

There are none. Pandoku is free and contains no purchases or subscriptions, so no payment information is ever involved.

How We Use Information

• To save and restore your progress on your own device
• To display ads and measure how they perform
• To deliver new puzzle content

Third-Party Services

• AppLovin MAX: Used for ad serving and mediation. MAX works with other ad networks to deliver ads in the App. Privacy Policy
• jsDelivr: A public content delivery network used to fetch puzzle packs. Privacy Policy

Other ad networks reached through mediation may also collect data. Each has its own privacy policy governing that collection.

Advertising

• Ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
• On iOS, permission for tracking is requested under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On Android, a consent prompt is shown in the European Economic Area and the UK, and you can reset or delete the Advertising ID at any time in Settings > Google > Ads.
• If you grant permission, your advertising identifier is used to show more relevant ads.
• If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown and the game plays exactly the same.

Data Sharing

• Device identifiers and ad interaction data may be shared with ad networks in order to serve ads.
• No personal information is shared, because none is collected.

Data Retention

• Progress stored on your device remains until you delete the App.
• Ad-related data is subject to the retention policies of the respective ad networks.

Children's Privacy

The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages and requires no personal information to play. Personalized ads are not shown to children.

Data Security

Downloads use encrypted connections, and files are verified against a checksum before they are used. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Your Privacy Rights by Region

GDPR (European Economic Area & UK)

You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for ad personalization at any time. Consent for ad data processing is requested on first launch and can be changed in the App's settings.

LGPD (Brazil)

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access and correct it, to delete unnecessary data, and to withdraw consent.

CCPA (California)

You have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and to request details of what is collected.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
