Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Memorium application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Memorium for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own.

Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases

• Memorium offers optional weekly subscriptions and lifetime ("All Time") one-time purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription pricing is shown in the paywall in your local currency. The displayed price is authoritative.
• Weekly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions).
• One-time "All Time" purchases are non-recurring and are restored when reinstalling with the same Apple ID or Google account via the "Restore Purchases" button.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods. The refund policy of the store you purchased through (Apple or Google) applies to all purchases.

Free Tier and Advertising

The free tier of Memorium displays interstitial and rewarded advertisements served via AppLovin MAX. Ads may be shown between levels and on the result screen. Subscribers to "No Ads" or higher tiers do not see ads.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall, tamper with stored progress, or exploit bugs to gain advantage
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its assets

Content and Intellectual Property

All curator narrative, plaque text, audio, gameplay design, and bundled software are the intellectual property of Memorium and its licensors. The exhibit photographs and intro videos shown in the App are sourced from third-party creators (YouTube creators, stock providers); they remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under fair use for editorial/contextual presentation. No download or rebroadcast of these clips outside the App is permitted.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Network-dependent features (CDN-served reveal photos and videos) require an internet connection on first access; once cached they continue to work offline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
