Harmony uses an AI vision model to study a selfie you upload and infer your color season, facial features, harmony score, and best hair / makeup / frame matches. It then uses an image-generation model to render personalized visuals (palette portraits, hair looks, outfits) based on your features.
Your selfie is sent over HTTPS to our analysis providers (Anthropic for vision and OpenAI for image generation) just for the duration of the analysis. We do not store your selfie on our servers. Your generated report and images are saved on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The $12.99 one-time Lifetime Unlock gives you your full personal report — color analysis with 18-shade palette, face features reading, harmony score, hair guide, makeup or grooming suggestions, and eyewear frame recommendations. Your report stays on your device, accessible forever, restorable on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Harmony Plus ($14.99/month, auto-renewing) drops four fresh outfit ideas tailored to your color season every week, lets you save looks to a personal library, and lets you re-analyze with a new selfie as your style evolves.
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Harmony Plus. From there you can cancel auto-renewal or change your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Open the App, go to Settings inside the App, and tap "Restore Purchases" to recover your Lifetime Unlock or active subscription on a new device using the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Harmony purchase to request a refund.
Use a clear, front-facing photo in soft natural light. Keep your face unobstructed (no sunglasses or heavy filters), pull hair off your forehead, and aim for a neutral expression. The cleaner the input, the more accurate your analysis.
Harmony's analysis is intended for beauty and lifestyle inspiration. AI vision is probabilistic and may vary with lighting, angle, or makeup. It is not medical or dermatological advice. Treat your report as a thoughtful style guide, not a verdict.
Your gender preference is used only to tailor the right sections of your report (Makeup vs. Grooming) and the outfit drop catalog. It is stored on your device only and is never uploaded.
Try these steps in order: (1) make sure you're on the latest version of Harmony, (2) restart your iPhone, (3) reinstall the App. If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version.
