Terms of Service

By downloading or using the BrickSmash application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BrickSmash for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own.

In-App Purchases

• BrickSmash is free to play and offers optional one-time purchases via Apple's StoreKit: "Remove Ads" (non-consumable) and coin packs (consumable).
• Prices are shown in the store screen in your local currency. The displayed price is authoritative.
• There are no subscriptions. Consumable coin purchases are used within the game and are not restorable once consumed.
• "Remove Ads" is restored when reinstalling on the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
• No refunds are issued for consumed items. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases.

Virtual Items

Coins, lives, and boosters are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be adjusted, expired, or removed as part of gameplay balancing. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and are non-transferable.

Advertising

BrickSmash displays interstitial and rewarded advertisements served via AppLovin MAX. Ads may be shown between levels and on result screens. Rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game bonuses when watched. Purchasing "Remove Ads" turns off interstitial advertising.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Tamper with stored progress, currency, or purchases, or exploit bugs to gain advantage
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its assets

Intellectual Property

All gameplay design, artwork, audio, and bundled software are the intellectual property of the developer and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The App is fully playable offline; optional online features (content updates and anonymous analytics) require an internet connection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
