Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use the BrickSmash mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Our Privacy Commitment

BrickSmash is a single-player physics puzzle game. Your gameplay progress, settings, coins, and lives are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying personal information.

Information Stored on Your Device

• Gameplay Progress: Current level, levels completed, coins, lives, boosters, daily-reward streak, and tutorial state are stored locally using on-device storage (Unity PlayerPrefs). This data stays on your device.
• Settings: Sound, music, and vibration preferences are stored locally.

Information Collected Through Third-Party Services

BrickSmash uses a small number of third-party services to show ads (free game), process purchases, deliver updated content, and balance difficulty:

• Anonymous Gameplay Analytics (Supabase): To balance level difficulty and improve the game, the App may send anonymous gameplay events — such as which level was played and how many shots were used. These events are not linked to your identity and contain no personal information. They are stored on our backend hosted by Supabase. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Remote Content (Supabase): The App may download updated configuration values and level content from our backend. This is a download only; no personal data is required to receive it. The App works fully offline if no connection is available.
• AppLovin MAX (advertising): Serves interstitial and rewarded ads in the free game. AppLovin and its mediation partners (which may include Google AdMob and Unity Ads) may collect device identifiers and ad-engagement data, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. • Adapty (in-app purchase management): Manages purchase state and entitlements (such as "Remove Ads"). Adapty receives an anonymous user identifier and your purchase status. We do not receive your payment details. See Adapty's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Processes in-app purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Advertising & App Tracking Transparency

BrickSmash is free and shows interstitial and rewarded ads served via AppLovin MAX. If you purchase "Remove Ads," interstitial ads are turned off (optional rewarded ads that grant bonuses remain available).

On first launch, iOS may ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you grant it, ad partners may use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads. If you deny it, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In-App Purchases

BrickSmash offers optional one-time purchases:

• Remove Ads: Removes interstitial advertising permanently.
• Coin Packs: One-time consumable purchases that add in-game coins.

There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple and can be restored on the same Apple ID.

How We Use Information

• Save and resume your progress and settings
• Show ads (free game) and process optional purchases
• Understand anonymous, aggregate difficulty and engagement patterns to balance and improve levels
• Deliver updated configuration and level content

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics events are retained on our backend only as long as needed to balance and improve the game.

Children's Privacy

BrickSmash is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Privacy Rights by Region

GDPR (European Economic Area & UK)

If you reside in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for ad personalization at any time via your device's ATT settings.

CCPA (California)

We do not sell your personal information. If you reside in California, you may exercise your CCPA rights by contacting us.

LGPD (Brazil)

If you reside in Brazil, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal under the LGPD. Contact us to exercise them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
