BrickSmash
Last Updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use the BrickSmash mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Our Privacy Commitment

BrickSmash is a single-player physics puzzle game. Your gameplay progress, settings, coins, and lives are stored locally on your device, and may be backed up to your own Apple or Google account so you do not lose progress when you change devices. We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying personal information.

Information Stored on Your Device

Progress Backup to Your Own Cloud Account

So that you keep your progress if you reinstall the App or switch devices, a small amount of progress data — current level, highest level reached, coins, booster count, total levels completed, and whether "Remove Ads" was purchased — may be saved to your own cloud storage:

This data goes to your personal Apple or Google account, not to our servers, and we cannot read it. It contains no personal information beyond the game numbers listed above. You can disable it in your device settings (iOS: Settings > [your name] > iCloud; Android: Settings > Google > Backup), and deleting the App removes the local copy.

Information Collected Through Third-Party Services

BrickSmash uses a small number of third-party services to show ads (free game), process purchases, deliver updated content, and balance difficulty:

Advertising & Your Tracking Choice

BrickSmash is free and shows interstitial and rewarded ads served via AppLovin MAX. If you purchase "Remove Ads," interstitial ads are turned off (optional rewarded ads that grant bonuses remain available).

Ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to show more relevant ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. The game plays exactly the same either way.

In-App Purchases

BrickSmash offers optional one-time purchases:

There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and one-time purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID or Google account.

How We Use Information

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you uninstall the App. Progress backed up to your own Apple or Google account is kept by that service under your control, and is removed when you delete the App's backup data in your device settings. Anonymous analytics events are retained on our backend only as long as needed to balance and improve the game.

Children's Privacy

BrickSmash is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Privacy Rights by Region

GDPR (European Economic Area & UK)

If you reside in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for ad personalization at any time via your device's tracking settings (ATT on iOS, Google Ads settings on Android) or the consent prompt.

CCPA (California)

We do not sell your personal information. If you reside in California, you may exercise your CCPA rights by contacting us.

LGPD (Brazil)

If you reside in Brazil, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal under the LGPD. Contact us to exercise them.
